You will be working with our company as admin & your job responsibilities are mentioned below:

Office Management:

· Managing day-to-day operations of the office.

· Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails.

· Maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Client Relations:

· Acting as a point of contact for clients and potential buyers or tenants.

· Scheduling appointments and property viewings.

· Providing information about properties and real estate transactions.

Listing Management:

· Creating and updating property listings on various platforms (websites, MLS, etc.).

· Ensuring listings are accurate and attractive with relevant details and photos.

Transaction Support:

· Assisting real estate agents with paperwork and contracts.

· Coordinating property inspections and appraisals.

· Facilitating communication between buyers, sellers, agents, and other parties involved in transactions.

Marketing and Advertising:

· Assisting in marketing strategies to promote properties.

· Managing social media accounts and online presence.

· Coordinating advertising campaigns and property promotions.

Financial Administration:

· Handling financial transactions such as rental payments, deposits, and commissions.

· Keeping records of expenses, invoices, and receipts.

· Assisting in preparing financial reports.

Legal Compliance:

· Ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

· Keeping up-to-date with industry standards and legal requirements.

Database Management:

· Maintaining databases of clients, properties, and transactions.

· Organizing and updating files, records, and documents.

Supporting Team Members:

· Assisting real estate agents and brokers with administrative tasks.

· Providing general support to the real estate team as needed.

Research and Analysis:

· Conducting market research and analysis.

· Compiling data and preparing reports on market trends, property values, and competitive analysis.

Customer Service:

· Ensuring excellent customer service for clients and visitors.

· Handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
