Research Associate, Paediatrics & Child Health -MC

• collect data from patients’ medical records, ensure accuracy, and enter data into REDCap
• write weekly reports
• coordinate with project supervisors to discuss research‑related activities
• work with the principal investigator on manuscript writing, protocol development, and conference presentations
• oversee day‑to‑day project operations to ensure smooth functioning of research activities
• ensure all research‑related auditable materials remain updated
• conduct in‑depth interviews and focus group discussions
• monitor project components in the field, ensuring accuracy of data
• translate and transcribe data from Urdu to English
• remain responsive via email and phone, completing assigned tasks on time
• perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.

• at least a Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s in Social Sciences preferred or equivalent
• one to two years of relevant work experiece
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to work effectively as a team player
• good writing skills
• basic knowledge of survey methods and research designs
• ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data for reporting and biostatistics
• strong research ethics and integrity
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• comfort working in challenging field‑based environments
• proven mixed‑methods research skills
• strong people management skills in demanding field environments.
