Lead Generation Specialist – Mortgage SaaS

The candidate will research, collect, and organize leads for the US mortgage market ensuring accurate, actionable data for outreach and CRM integration. This role focuses on sales data scraping, data collection, and preparation, which will later be used for sales calls or appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and research high-quality US mortgage SaaS leads
  • Perform sales data scraping and online research
  • Collect company and contact information (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles)
  • Verify, clean, and organize data in CRM-ready formats
  • Ensure accuracy, remove duplicates, and maintain up-to-date lead lists
  • Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to define target audience and criteria
  • SStay updated on lead generation, sales data scraping, and automation tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 0 to 3 years’ experience in lead generation, data scraping, or sales research
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Understanding of sales workflows and lead qualification
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential for documenting and organizing leads accurately.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience generating US mortgage leads
  • Knowledge of data enrichment tools (Clearbit, Hunter, Apollo.io)
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Phantombuster, Integromat)
