Sales Executive - Real Estate

Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Callers to join our Real Estate sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team by booking meetings and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers and investors
• Introduce and explain real estate projects clearly and professionally
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads
• Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team
• Follow up with interested clients to close sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal english communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Confident and professional speaking style
• Target-oriented mindset
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
• Ability to handle objections and rejection positively

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years of experience
• Real estate or telemarketing experience will be preferred

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday will be Work from Home)

Working Timings: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
