- Edits copy for equity and macroeconomic research reports
- Formats word documents as per company styles
- Compiles Power point presentations and formatting as per company styles
- Manages distribution of research to clients, ensuring strict punctuality
- Administers client record management system
- Liaises with financial analytics platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters) to ensure accurate publication of analyst recommendations and estimates
- Maintains large amounts of data with accuracy and precision via Google Spreadsheets
- Compiles and edit of Daily Notes news stories and monitoring of CMS and website content
- Helps the Assistant Editor to understand and learn their role and above-mentioned tasks
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or another job-related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public affairs, media relations, marketing and/or market research
- Advanced proficiency in Word, Power Point, and Excel
- Strict attention to detail

- Exhibit exemplary written/spoken English language skills
- Ability to use Reuters and Bloomberg
