Reservation Consultant

· Handle Reservations: Receive and process reservation requests via phone, email, chat, or online systems.

· Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries about availability, pricing, policies, and services.

· Booking Management: Create, modify, and cancel reservations in the reservation system.

· Upselling & Cross-Selling: Promote additional services, upgrades, packages, or products where appropriate.

· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer and reservation records in databases or CRS (Central Reservation System: SABRE).

· Problem Resolution: Address and resolve booking issues, customer complaints, or special requests.

· Follow-Up: follow up with customers if there are any changes to booked reservations.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
