Reservations / Revenue Assistant Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Reservations / Revenue Assistant Manager with proven expertise in luxury hospitality to optimize revenue performance, maximize profitability, and support world-class guest experiences. This role is ideal for a strategic, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and consistently delivers 5-star commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support all Reservations and Revenue operations, including Reservations, Distribution, Forecasting, and Pricing
  • Assist in developing and executing revenue management strategies to maximize ADR, Occupancy, and RevPAR
  • Monitor market trends, demand patterns, and competitor pricing to ensure optimal rate positioning
  • Oversee reservations processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to brand standards
  • Manage room inventory, rate structures, restrictions, and yield controls across all distribution channels
  • Optimize OTA performance, channel mix, and distribution costs
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, and Finance teams to drive total revenue performance
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, pace reports, and detailed revenue analysis
  • Analyze KPIs and recommend corrective strategies to enhance commercial results
  • Ensure compliance with luxury brand standards, SOPs, and revenue management best practices
  • Support training and development of Reservations team members

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Reservations and/or Revenue Management within a 5-star or luxury hotel
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a leadership role such as Reservations Manager, Revenue Manager, or equivalent
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle OPERA PMS
  • Strong working knowledge of Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and Channel Management platforms
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are highly desirable
