Resident Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Resident Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations for school projects and facilities management, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site works, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including school management and FM teams.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Resident Engineer in schools or FM projects.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and construction supervision.
• Ability to manage contractors and ensure quality delivery.
