Resident Engineer (Sahiwal)

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve customer problems.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Entertain the customer queries and provides direct technical support to the customer.
• Research and identify solutions to network issues.
• To document and log all customer contacts/ queries into the support database.
• Provide technical support on phone for Support/Service requests. Provide phone assistance to our customers on the provision of customer services.
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Requirement:

• Experience in Desktop/Laptop support and strong hardware/software & network troubleshooting, skills in Microsoft Windows.
• Desktop app support (Window OS, printer etc.)
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team.
• Basic Knowledge Of Network and Cloud.
• E-mail/ Outlook Troubleshooting.
