Restaurant Cashier

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all cash, card, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
• Manage and process orders from delivery platforms such as Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, and others
• Ensure all online and walk-in orders are entered correctly and dispatched on time
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain order accuracy and preparation timing
• Monitor delivery tablets and respond promptly to incoming orders and customer notes
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and refunds professionally
• Reconcile daily sales and maintain accurate cash drawer records
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier and front counter area

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cashier in a restaurant or fast-food environment
• Hands-on experience with delivery platforms (Talabat, Snoonu, etc.) is mandatory
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume or delivery-focused restaurants
• Knowledge of order flow optimization and delivery time management
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Experience in making basic drink such as Mojitos.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR1,600.00 - QAR1,800.00 per month
