Restaurant General Manager

Burger Lab is hiring "Restaurant General Manager" for Lahore.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, leadership, and business management, and will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.
• Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to provide exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profit/loss management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Manage and schedule shifts for restaurant staff.
• Maintain and enhance the restaurant’s brand image and reputation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
