Duties

• Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, making them feel comfortable and appreciated
• Manage reservations and waitlists
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely seating
• Provide accurate wait times and assist guests with seating arrangements or special requests
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and lobby area that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a host/host or in food service is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills to create positive first impressions
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
