Who We Are

Experienced restaurant operators with locations in Manhattan are partnering with a local family of entrepreneurs to build, from scratch, a brand-new destination restaurant with a state-of-the-art kitchen in the heart of the Hudson Valley, located in a prime and historic part of Pawling.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a personable, organized and energetic Host/Hostess to be first friendly face our guests see when they arrive.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entryway
• Communicate table status with servers and management
• Assist with takeout orders and guest inquiries

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable carrying trays and plates safely
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous restaurant experience required
