Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Purpose:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction while managing staff and resources efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain financial records and assist in budgeting and cost control.
  • Drive sales through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations.
  • Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
