Restaurant Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control costs to meet budget targets.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Support marketing initiatives and contribute to strategies for increasing sales.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and customer service best practices.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
