Role Overview

ScaleUp Connect is hiring a Restaurant Manager on behalf of its client for a hospitality establishment located in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi/Islamabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to manage both team performance and restaurant profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of the facility.

Staff Supervision

  • Supervise restaurant staff including scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Provide training and guidance to ensure service standards are consistently met.

Guest Relations

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Quality Control

  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Financial & Administrative Management

  • Manage operational costs and monitor restaurant budgets.
  • Track sales performance and prepare daily or weekly operational reports.

Inventory & Coordination

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.

Strategy & Policy Implementation

  • Implement company policies and operational procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and revenue.

Education

  • Intermediate or Graduate

Experience

  • Experience: 1–2 years
  • Preferred Industry Background: Restaurant / Hospitality

Compensation

  • Base Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
