Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Kuwait
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently
- Monitor and control food & beverage costs, wastage, and expenses
- Handle costing, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis
- Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance
- Plan staff schedules, allocation, and manpower utilization
- Ensure compliance with Kuwait municipality and food safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and overall performance
- Implement strategies to improve revenue and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of cost control and costing
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask

- Must be locally available in Kuwait
- Transferable residency is mandatory
Pay: KD300.000 - KD400.000 per month
