Restaurant Manager

Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Kuwait
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently
  • Monitor and control food & beverage costs, wastage, and expenses
  • Handle costing, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis
  • Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance
  • Plan staff schedules, allocation, and manpower utilization
  • Ensure compliance with Kuwait municipality and food safety regulations
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve complaints professionally
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement
  • Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and overall performance
  • Implement strategies to improve revenue and operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of cost control and costing
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Additional Requirements:

  • Immediate joiner required
  • Must be locally available in Kuwait
  • Transferable residency is mandatory

Pay: KD300.000 - KD400.000 per month
