Restaurant Operation Manager

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the performance and service standards of both fine-dining and casual-dining restaurants. You will be responsible for managing restaurant operations, handling client relations, and leading new hospitality projects. The ideal candidate is driven, service-focused, and has a proven track record of successfully managing F&B outlets in a high-end dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets
  • Manage new restaurant projects and client relationships
  • Ensure exceptional levels of customer service
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements
  • Recruit, train, and develop F&B team members
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate on menu development and engineering
  • Monitor inventory, conduct monthly stock takes, and ensure asset maintenance
  • Identify upselling opportunities and increase revenue
  • Set targets, create budgets, and manage departmental KPIs
  • Develop efficient staffing schedules and manage labor costs
  • Ensure all facilities and equipment are in optimal working condition
  • Uphold health and safety standards, including HACCP compliance
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and operational reports
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to support overall business goals

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in managing fine-dining and casual-dining restaurant operations
  • Strong background in HACCP or equivalent food safety standards
  • Experience with menu design, rebranding, business planning, supplier management, and advertising
  • Strong knowledge in operational and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Familiar with POS systems and technology tools used in hospitality
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Understanding and application of KPI-driven performance management
