Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Description:
Nehar Kinaray Restaurant is hiring an experienced and responsible Operations & Cost Control Manager to manage inventory, control product costing, and oversee daily restaurant operations. The candidate will ensure accurate stock management, proper POS check and balance, and minimize wastage to protect profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete inventory and update records in the POS system
  • Prepare and monitor product costing and food cost percentage
  • Conduct regular stock audits and control wastage
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure SOP compliance
  • Reconcile sales with inventory usage
  • Prepare inventory, costing, and performance reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s preferred
  • Experience in restaurant operations or inventory management
  • Knowledge of POS systems and Excel
  • Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
