Job Overview

Cála is an experience-led dining space where service is defined by precision, timing, and awareness. We are hiring Fine Dining Servers who understand that service is not transactional. it is structured, intentional, and unobtrusive.

This role requires individuals who can operate with discipline, control, and deep attention to detail, while delivering a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-standard table service with precision and consistency
  • Maintain full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and preparation techniques
  • Present dishes with clarity and confidence when required
  • Ensure correct order taking, POS input, and coordination with kitchen
  • Monitor tables continuously and anticipate guest needs without interruption
  • Maintain table cleanliness, setup standards, and service flow
  • Work closely with GRO and FOH team to deliver a seamless experience
  • Adhere strictly to service timing, sequence, and floor discipline

Service Expectations

  • Controlled communication (no unnecessary noise or conversation on the floor)
  • Smooth, efficient, and minimalistic movements
  • Strong awareness of guest cues and body language
  • No over-service — only intentional interaction

Education:

  • Middle School (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Fine Dining Server: 3 years (Required)
