Restaurant Supervisor

Job Title: Restaurant SupervisorJob Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support staff in delivering high-quality food and beverages. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
• Train, schedule, and support restaurant staff (servers, hosts, kitchen staff, etc.).
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reports.
• Maintain proper communication between kitchen and service staff.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with administrative tasks and special projects.
• Enforce company policies and service standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Basic understanding of financial and inventory management is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality or Culinary Management certification is an advantage).
