Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent service quality. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
  • Train, guide, and support team members to maintain service standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and municipality regulations
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and storage procedures
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for stock requirements
  • Ensure proper cash handling and accurate daily sales reporting
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and operational readiness
  • Support management in achieving sales targets and operational goals
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation as required

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in the F&B industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of inventory control and cash handling
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
