Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily front-of-house operations in a premium restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest service, supervise staff, and maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience and promptly resolve concerns
  • Monitor service standards, food presentation, and cleanliness
  • Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
  • Coordinate with kitchen and management for smooth operations
  • Handle inventory, cash, and POS reporting

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role in restaurants or hospitality
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office

Preferred:

  • Diploma/degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Experience in fine dining or luxury hotel restaurants.
