Retail Asset Officer

JOB TITLE

Retail Asset Officer | MAF Properties | Asset Management Oman

Role Summary

The position is mainly responsible to undertake the safety and security of mall customers, merchants, visitors and the staff.

ROLE PROFILE

• Clear emergency area from people, a minimum of 30 meter area should be cleared.
• Close all entrances leading to emergency area to forbid people from coming close.
• Make sure all elevators/ escalators/ travellators are not used by people during emergency.
• Help people in need during evacuation like people on wheel chairs or old people.
• Help fire fighter inside mall to locate the emergency location.
• keep in contact all time with control room for further instructions.
• Make sure shops are evacuated of customers/workers as fast as possible.
• Make sure all machinery is turned off during the evacuation.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a relevant role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Flexibility to work on a shift basis.
