Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our beauty retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a deep knowledge of cosmetics and beauty trends, and a proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and develop store staff to ensure exceptional customer service and team performance.
• Drive store sales to meet and exceed targets while maintaining profitability goals.
• Oversee smooth daily operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Plan and execute in-store promotions and collaborate on local marketing initiatives.
• Manage store costs effectively and maintain operational efficiency.
• Stay current with the latest beauty products, makeup techniques, and industry trends.
• Analyze sales reports and customer data to identify opportunities and optimize store performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of retail management experience, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of makeup products, skincare, and current beauty trends.
• Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated skills in sales analysis, staff management, and cost control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
