Salary Range: $110K – $170K/annum (based on experience)

Job Description:

A leading national retail organization is seeking a strategic and performance-driven Manager, Paid Social to lead and scale paid social initiatives across major platforms. This role will own the end-to-end paid social strategy — from campaign development and execution to optimization and reporting — within a high-volume retail environment.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in retail performance marketing, product catalog advertising, agency collaboration, and budget management. This position requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, along with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel paid social strategies across major social platforms (Emerging channels & social media Planforms)
• Manage dynamic product catalog campaigns to drive personalized and performance-based advertising
• Optimize campaigns daily, weekly, and monthly to meet revenue, ROAS, and acquisition targets
• Oversee and manage agency relationships, ensuring KPI accountability and performance improvements
• Allocate and pace digital budgets effectively across campaigns for maximum efficiency
• Partner closely with creative teams to develop, test, and refine ad creative and messaging
• Leverage analytics tools (Adobe and in-platform reporting) to track performance and deliver actionable insights
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and placements to drive continuous improvement
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, trend monitoring, and platform innovations
• Participate in beta programs and test emerging features to enhance account performance
• Lead and develop direct reports while fostering a performance-driven team environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of paid social marketing experience, including strategy, execution, and optimization
• Strong hands-on expertise managing paid campaigns across multiple social advertising platforms within retail or ecommerce environments
• Someone who has managed 50 Million paid social budget in month
• Experience managing and optimizing significant paid media budgets
• Proven experience with product catalog and dynamic ad campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
• Experience working with agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency with MarTech tools and campaign automation platforms
• Certifications in paid media or analytics platforms preferred
• Prior agency experience preferred
