Job Summary:
Ensure efficient operations within the payroll relationship management team and branches, and support Payroll Business management with reports. Prepare and analyze MIS reports for payroll deals and provide data-driven insights to senior management. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction. Identify process improvement areas and liaise with internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Job Responsibilities:

Ensure efficient operations within Payroll relationship management team & branches network.

Support the Payroll Business management with reports to improve operational effectiveness & customer service.

Prepare & analyze regular MIS reports related to payroll deals & active accounts.

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations based on operational data to senior management.

Provide assistance to the payroll segment, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.

Ensure Payroll contracts fulfillments and correctness to enable fast payroll deals processing time.

Respond to inquiries, resolve issues & provide timely & accurate information to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Liaise with internal stakeholders including payroll relationship management, branches & operations teams to ensure alignment & effective communication.

Assist in budgeting forecasting by providing detailed payroll -financial data.

Follow all policies & procedures in order to guarantee BDC business is conducted in compliance with local laws, internal rules & regulations.

Apply the precepts and standard of permanent supervision, compliance & money laundering, operational risks & workplace success guidelines.
Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or any relevant experience.

2-5 years of proven experience in payroll Business operations, MIS reporting, or related roles within retail banking.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & MS PowerPoint, and experience with CRM systems.

Knowledge of MIS reporting tools, Data analysis is essential & other reporting tools.

Strong ability to analyze data and trends, with the ability to present findings clearly & effectively.
