Retail Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products

2. Demonstrate and explain the features of tracking devices or IoT-based solutions in-store

3. Daily visits to the sites/field

4. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, features, benefits, and current promotions to confidently answer customer inquiries

Education and Experience:

1. Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree preferred

2. 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles

3. Experience in selling tech products, electronics, or related fields is a plus
