Retail Sales Executive

Kuala, India

The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the showroom/store. The role demands strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, offers, and promotions.
  • Handle billing, payments, and basic documentation accurately.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
  • Maintain records of sales and assist in stock management/inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize store performance.
  • Follow company policies, standards, and ensure a positive brand image.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and result-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
