Retail Sales Executive Required

We're looking for a professional and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to manage and expand retail network in Karachi. This is a field-based role focused on strengthening retailer relationships, ensuring consistent stock availability, increasing brand visibility, and driving sustainable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop the assigned retail portfolio

Ensure product availability through effective stock placement and replenishment

Coordinate with retailers for timely reorders and inventory management

Identify and onboard new retail outlets to expand market coverage

Maintain strong professional relationships with store managers and owners

Monitor product visibility, shelf positioning, and in-store brand presence

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

Submit regular field reports, sales updates, and market intelligence

Requirements

✅Prior experience in Food and Beverage industry, (mandatory)

✅Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

✅Must own a bike for field visits (fuel reimbursement provided)

Salary 50-60k

Shift timings: 10 AM- 6 PM

Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
