Retail Sales Manager - Fruits & Vegetables - KSA site

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads Sales Plans to achieve volume, increase profit and share objectives.
• Accountable for having effective relationships with all retail customers which includes leveraging existing our client sales relationships.
• Accountable for forecasting and demand planning, pricing accuracy, deduction resolution and reduction, retail analysis and reporting, customer service, transportation and claims.
• Supports innovation planning by communicating customers’ needs to influence new product concept development, pricing, promotions and distribution goals setting.
• Analyzes seasonal trends and consumer purchasing data to influence key business decisions.
• Responsible for managing territory budget and trade spend.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor’s degree is required with an MBA desirable.
• Candidates must be Arabic speaking and preferred Visa transfer
• Experience minimum 5 years in retail sales for fresh foods.
• Preferred customer experience: Gourmet, Oscar, Metro, Carrefour, Spinneys etc. and all other wholesalers
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills and must be fluent in English.
• Microsoft Office applications with advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
