Job Title: Boutique Store Manager

Location: Zamzama, Karachi (Onsite)

Experience: 2–5 Years in Retail / Fashion

Role Overview: The Store Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the boutique, delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing store staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and driving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with a premium clientele.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, Fashion Design, Textile, or related field preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fashion, clothing, or lifestyle boutique.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabric types, and ladies wear product categories
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a retail store independently.
• Proficiency in basic POS / billing systems and MS Office (Excel, Word)
