Retail Wine Chain Coordinator - Nashville, TN

Empire Distributors Inc, A Leading Beverage Distributor is now hiring a Retail Wine Chain Coordinator. Our company offers excellent benefits, competitive wages, and the potential for growth opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicates pricing, programs, and contractual information with grocery chain headquarters.
• Coordinates and analyzes pricing and programs with suppliers and chain Account Managers.
• Manages inventory levels for all chain wines to account for programming and trends.
• Prepares spreadsheets and presentations using appropriate software.
• Works with supplier representatives to ensure cohesive partnership exists between the Company and supplier.
• Works trade events to assist with any needs to ensure a successful event.
• Organizes, updates, and maintain file system, and files correspondence and other records.
• Prepares sales history and pricing information for supplier meetings.
• Maintain and deliver monthly chain spreadsheets.
• This position requires someone who can always maintain confidentiality. Company, account, and supplier information is not to be compromised at any time.
• Other duties assigned by Sales Manager.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

• To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Explorer Internet software; SAP; Diver; Pocket Advantage.
