The expected base salary range for this role is $100,000-$115,000 per year DOE. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.

Job Summary: The Retirement Plan Manager is a subject matter expert role responsible for analyzing and administering company-wide retirement and financial wellness offerings for our diverse team. The role will spearhead our US and Canada retirement programs, ensuring that we continue to attract, support, and retain the best talent in our industry. Joining a fast-paced and respected firm on a dramatic growth path, the Retirement Plan Manager will have the opportunity to develop broad retirement plan and financial wellness strategies with a direct impact on our future success.
