Revenue Operations Associate

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to support end-to-end revenue

performance across our gaming portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of finance,

monetization, analytics, and ad-tech, offering hands-on exposure to revenue forecasting, ad

monetization systems, and financial controls.

The role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in revenue analytics,

forecasting, and growth-driven decision-making, with experience transferable across

gaming, ad-tech, SaaS, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Finance Operations

● Track and reconcile monthly revenues across ad networks and platforms

● Monitor and follow up on receivables, payouts, and outstanding balances

● Support revenue closing activities and variance analysis vs. forecasts

● Maintain accurate revenue dashboards and reporting sheets

Revenue Forecasting & Analysis

● Assist in short-term and mid-term revenue forecasting based on historical trends and

live KPIs

● Analyze revenue drivers such as:

○ DAU

○ ARPDAU

○ eCPM

○ Ad impressions per user (IPU)

● Identify risks and opportunities in revenue trends and flag anomalies proactively

Ad Mediation & Monetization Support

● Support day-to-day operations on ad mediation platforms (e.g., MAX / ironSource /

AdMob)

● Assist in:

○ eCPM optimization

○ Network performance analysis

○ Ad quality monitoring (retention & UX impact)

○ Cross-Functional & Strategic Support

● Work closely with:

○ Monetization managers

○ UA & Growth teams

○ Finance & BI

○ Support A/B test analysis related to monetization and revenue experiments

○ Prepare concise insights and summaries for leadership reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Data Analytics

● Strong analytical and numerical skills

● Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, basic modeling)

● Understanding of revenue concepts such as forecasting, variance analysis, and KPIs

● High attention to detail and ownership mindset
