Reverse Recruiter (Contract – Remote)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Reverse Recruiter to support job seekers in their job search process. In this role, you will actively apply to relevant job opportunities on behalf of candidates, optimize their job search strategies, and help increase their chances of securing interviews. This is a remote contract role with flexible working hours, ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with online job platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant job opportunities for assigned candidates based on their skills, experience, and career goals.
• Submit job applications on behalf of candidates through job portals, company websites, and professional networks.
• Customize resumes and cover letters according to job requirements when needed.
• Maintain and track job applications using spreadsheets or applicant tracking tools.
• Monitor job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms for new opportunities.
• Communicate updates and application progress to the candidate or hiring team.
• Follow up on submitted applications when required.
• Ensure all applications are accurate, well-targeted, and submitted on time.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or job search assistance is preferred.
• Familiarity with major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.).
• Strong research and internet navigation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and applications simultaneously.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with resume optimization and job application strategies.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to analyze job descriptions and match them with candidate profiles.
