Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Location: Head Office – 3rd Floor, CEMTECH, NSTP, NUST, Islamabad
Working Hours: Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday per month | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing and corporate roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while building a strong long-term talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (phone/video/in-person)
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate experience)
• Support employer branding and long-term workforce planning initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Experience in IT, FinTech, Marketing, or service-based industries preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (HR preferred)
• MS HR or MBA (completed or in progress) is a plus
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills
