We are looking for a Russian-speaking Customer Service cum Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and passionate about delivering excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve guests with a high standard of hospitality
• Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately
• Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking guests
• Assist with customer inquiries and ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Requirements:

• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken, reading, and writing preferred)
• Previous experience in customer service or F&B industry is an advantage
• Positive attitude, good communication, and teamwork skills
• Well-presented and professional demeanor
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
