DuneSync is a fast-growing software development and SaaS company based in Lahore, specializing in custom software solutions, web applications, digital transformation, and AI-powered platforms.
We are looking for an experienced B2B Project Acquisition Executive who can bring in new software projects from international markets, manage client communications, and close deals effectively.

Role Overview:

The candidate will work on-site at DuneSync’s office to find, pitch, and secure new B2B software or SaaS projects.
You’ll be responsible for lead generation, client follow-ups, proposal creation, and deal closing, with the support of our technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential international clients (USA, UK, UAE, etc.).
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound outreach.
  • Communicate directly with clients to understand project requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate project terms.
  • Close software development or SaaS projects to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM data and share weekly performance reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to hand over confirmed projects for execution.
  • Represent DuneSync professionally during all client communications.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B Software Sales / Project Acquisition / SaaS Sales.
  • Strong ability to generate and manage leads independently.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, Upwork, or B2B outreach tools.
  • Understanding of software services (Web Apps, Mobile Apps, SaaS, ERP, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, professional attitude, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Must be available to work on-site at DuneSync’s Lahore office.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: PKR 60,000 – 130,000 /month (based on experience)
  • Commission: 5% – 10% per closed project (negotiable)
