Appedology Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a proactive and client-focused SaaS Implementation Manager.

Role: SaaS Implementation Manager

Location: DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial Area, Karachi - Pakistan

Role Nature: Onsite

Shift Timings: 10:30am to 07:30pm

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth implementation process, timely delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, software deployment, or client delivery management.

Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription systems, and cloud platforms.

Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or CRM systems.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Familiarity with API integrations, data migration, and system configurations is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Nice to have):

Prior experience in HRTech, FinTech, or ERP software implementation.

Basic understanding of SQL or reporting tools.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the end-to-end implementation process of SaaS-based solutions for new clients.

Gather and analyze client requirements, ensuring accurate configuration and alignment with business goals.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, QA, and Support) to ensure successful delivery.

Conduct client onboarding sessions and product demonstrations.

Monitor project performance and proactively address issues or bottlenecks.

Prepare implementation reports, documentation, and handover materials for ongoing support.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered within agreed timelines.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to recommend feature enhancements based on client feedback.
