Safety Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified UAE National Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices, committed to ensuring a safe and compliant workplace across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement and monitor company safety policies, procedures, and standards.

· Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

· Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.

· Support training and awareness programs related to occupational health and safety.

· Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company HSE standards.

Requirements:

· UAE National (Emirati citizenship is mandatory).

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

· Minimum 2–4 years of experience in safety or HSE roles.

· Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and best practices.

· NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification preferred.

· Excellent communication and reporting skills.
