Position: Perfume Sales Associate
Location: Dubai
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
The Perfume Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing customer experience, and representing the brand with professionalism and expertise. This role requires deep knowledge of niche and luxury fragrances, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to provide personalized recommendations to clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation

• Actively engage customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable fragrances.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products, including gift sets, samples, and accessories

Customer Service & Experience

• Provide exceptional, personalized customer service to build loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Offer professional fragrance consultations, guiding clients on scent profiles, notes, and application techniques.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Product Knowledge & Expertise

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all perfume brands, product lines, and seasonal launches.
• Stay updated on fragrance trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
• Educate clients about fragrance families, ingredients, and longevity to ensure informed purchases.

Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation

• Ensure perfumes and related displays are attractively arranged, well-stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor product inventory levels and report any replenishment needs.
• Assist in organizing in-store events, promotions, and launches.

Operational & Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and follow-up schedules.
• Assist in stocktaking, receiving, and storing products according to company standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including grooming standards, attendance, and confidentiality.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with colleagues to achieve overall store targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Share knowledge and expertise with new team members through coaching and mentoring.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in perfume or luxury retail sales.
• Strong knowledge of fragrance products, brands, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Professional grooming and presentation in line with luxury retail standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as per store schedule.
• Passionate about perfumes and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Reporting: Reports to the Store Manager or Branch Head.
