Role Description

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for lead generation, pitching services to international clients, building strong relationships, and closing deals. This is an individual contributor role in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads via calls, emails, and online platforms
  • Pitch services to international clients Build and maintain client relationships
  • Understand client needs and offer customized solutions
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B / BPO sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome)
  • Excellent English communication & negotiation skills
  • Strong persuasion and closing abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Comfortable with night shift & onsite work
  • Resident of islamabad or Rawalpindi will be preffered
