Job Title: Salesman – POS Solution Sales

Salary: Rs. 25,000 – 30,000 per month + Commission

Job Summary

We’re looking for a confident and motivated Salesman to promote and sell our Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions to businesses in the retail, restaurant, and service sectors. The ideal candidate will have solid sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients in retail, hospitality, and related industries.
• Conduct product demos and explain features and benefits of POS solutions.
• Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and client referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings, sharing feedback with the team.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the sales team.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM reports regularly.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in software, POS, or IT-related products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field sales.
