Job Description: Real Estate Sales Agent (Sales, Rent & Property Management)Position: Bahraini Sales Agent (Real Estate)

Responsibilities

  • Actively sell real estate products/flats/properties to prospective clients.
  • Actively rent units to prospective tenants, and support lease-related processes.
  • Handle property management support tasks as assigned (e.g., coordinating inspections, follow-ups, and updates).
  • Maintain and develop client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Identify potential leads and convert them into confirmed visits and deals.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information about units, pricing, availability, and rental terms.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, management, and relevant departments to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Prepare and submit required reports daily/weekly (calls, visits, follow-ups, and status updates).
  • Maintain professional behavior and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
  • Follow up on leads until the deal is completed and ensure all documentation is completed as required.
  • Meet agreed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Keep up-to-date records of sales, rentals, and property management leads/requests in the company system (Excel/CRM as applicable).

Daily & Monthly Reporting (Key Duties)

  • Submit a daily report including calls made, visits, lead status, and follow-up actions.
  • Submit a monthly report including totals, conversions, closed deals, active pipeline, and performance vs. targets.

  • Knowledge of real estate sales and rental processes and customer service (or willingness to learn quickly).

Reporting & Data Duties (Daily/Monthly + Connections Data Entry)Daily Report (Real Estate Sales Agent)

  • Submit a daily report including:
  • Number of calls made
  • Number of visits conducted
  • Number of new leads generated
  • Lead status updates (e.g., contacted / interested / visited / pending / closed)
  • Follow-up actions for each lead (date + next step)

Monthly Report

  • Submit a monthly summary including:
  • Total calls, visits, and follow-ups
  • Total new leads and conversions (leads → visits → offers/sales)
  • Achieved results vs. monthly sales target/KPIs
  • List of closed deals and current active pipeline
  • Any issues/risks and proposed actions for next month

Connections Data Entry (CRM / Excel / System)

  • Enter and maintain accurate connection/client data, including:
  • Client name, contact number(s), email (if available)
  • Preferred property/unit type and budget
  • Source of lead (walk-in / referral / online / etc.)
  • Visit dates and outcomes
  • Documents status (if required)
  • Ensure all entries are updated daily and never left incomplete.

Knowledge & Updates

  • Maintain updated knowledge about:
  • Available units/properties, pricing, and availability
  • Company offers, brochures, and sale process
  • Requirements and documentation steps for clients
  • Confirm all information provided to clients is accurate and aligned with management/sales guidance.
