Job Title: Sales & Account Agent – Qorden SAP

Location: Dubai, UAE

Qorden is a Dubai-based AI and voice analytics company transforming how enterprises in the UAE manage compliance, performance, and customer experience through intelligent automation. Our SAP-integrated AI platform uses Natural Language Processing (NLP), speech analytics, and machine learning (ML) to extract actionable insights from conversations, enabling smarter decision-making, stronger compliance monitoring, and measurable improvements in quality and efficiency.

We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Agent with a passion for AI-driven enterprise solutions, deep local market understanding, and the ability to translate complex technology into business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and engage high-potential enterprise prospects using tools like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, and MailerLite.
  • Conduct structured cold calls, cold visits, and virtual presentations to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and targeted outreach sequences.

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for AI, speech analytics, and SAP-integrated automation solutions.
  • Deliver customized product demos, technical pitches, and proposals to C-level decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to align client requirements with Qorden SAP capabilities.
  • Negotiate and close enterprise-level deals, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.

Account Management & Retention

  • Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients across contact center, telecom, banking, and real estate sectors.
  • Support onboarding and solution deployment, ensuring seamless client adoption.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion based on business needs and compliance objectives.
  • Market & Industry Intelligence
  • Stay updated on AI, automation, and compliance technology trends within the UAE and GCC.
  • Analyze competitor positioning and market shifts to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide structured client and market feedback to product and leadership teams to inform feature development.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with proven success in the UAE market.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and enterprise automation, with exposure to:
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Speech Recognition Systems
  • Machine Learning (ML) algorithms and data-driven analytics
  • Conversational AI, autonomous agentic AI workflows, and AI call analytics
  • AWS ecosystem, including AI/ML services (S3, SageMaker, Comprehend, Transcribe)
  • Pain points in Contact Centers, Telecom, Banking, and Real Estate industries –and how to address them using AI-driven solutions for quality assurance, compliance, and performance optimization
  • Data pipelines, model governance, and voice-to-text solutions
  • Awareness of data privacy and compliance frameworks, including:
  • GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
  • UAE Data Protection Laws (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 and sectoral regulations)
  • EU AI Act and its implications for enterprise AI deployment
  • Proven experience using Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or MailerLite for lead generation and outreach.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to communicate complex AI concepts clearly.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, on-ground client visits, and enterprise presentations.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience selling AI, SaaS, or analytics solutions to enterprise clients in the UAE.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and C-suite relationships.
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven sales, especially in regulated industries.
  • Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
