Job Summary
Soft Pyramid is seeking a result-driven Sales Account Executive to join our software sales team. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business and expansion revenue by managing the full sales cycle, building strong customer relationships, and delivering value-based software solutions. This role requires strong commercial acumen, consultative selling skills, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth

Own and achieve revenue targets aligned with assigned sales quotas.

Drive new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.

Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and closing.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and deliver accurate revenue forecasts.
Customer & Account Management

Act as the primary commercial point of contact for prospects and customers.

Develop a deep understanding of customer business challenges and objectives.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Create and execute account plans to grow customer value over time.
Solution & Consultative Selling

Position software products by translating technical features into clear business value, ROI, and outcomes.

Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Product, and Engineering teams to address technical requirements and customer needs.

Respond to customer concerns related to pricing, security, compliance, scalability, and integrations.
Deal Management & Negotiation

Structure pricing, proposals, and contracts in accordance with company policies.

Lead negotiations to close deals while balancing customer needs with company objectives.

Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and leadership teams on complex or strategic opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing to follow up on leads and provide feedback on campaigns.

Ensure smooth handoff of closed deals to Customer Success or Implementation teams for successful onboarding.

Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with Product teams to influence roadmap decisions.
Required Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a software or SaaS environment.

Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and consultative selling techniques.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling SaaS, cloud-based, or enterprise software solutions.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Experience Required:
· 2 Years, Fresh Graduates can also be considered.
