Sales Account Executive (Night Shift – On-Site)

Sales Account Executive will be responsible for generating new
business, managing client relationships, and meeting revenue targets. This
role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach,
and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Lead complex sales negotiations with senior decision-makers to close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions based on client needs.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage the full sales lifecycle and maintain detailed records.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Strategically explore opportunities for revenue expansion within existing accounts.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience with a strong record of exceeding quotas.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A consultative and strategic sales mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • CRM proficiency and the ability to manage pipeline and reporting.
  • A self-starter attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Must be available to work on-site during night shift hours (06:00 PM – 03:00 AM).
