Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will serve as the key point of contact between our company and our clients, driving revenue growth and long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned accounts
  • Identify and grow opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., sales results, account growth)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, marketing, product) to ensure client satisfaction
  • Prepare reports on account status, sales forecasts, and KPIs
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments
