Sales Account Manager – Long Term Property Management

About the Role:
Join Bookable Vacation Homes as a Sales Account Manager and help landlords discover the benefits of long term property management. Work with our leasing team to convert leads, grow your sales skills and advance your career in real estate.

What You Will Do:

• Promote and sell long term property management services
• Convert landlord leads into management agreements
• Conduct consultations and explain service benefits
• Maintain CRM records and track your pipeline
• Support landlords during onboarding

What We Are Looking For:

• 1+ year sales or real estate experience preferred (not mandatory)
• Strong communication and follow up skills
• Target driven with a willingness to learn
• Negotiation and persuasion skills are a plus
• Prior Dubai real estate or leasing experience is advantageous
